Acera, LLC receives United States Patent number 10,281,709 B2 on May 7, 2019. Moreover, the patent grants exclusivity for its unique Handheld LED Light Source.

The TIR (Total Internal Reflection) Lens delivers about 90% of the light generated by the LED to the endoscope it is attached to. As a result, our lens reflects a high amount of light at 5000 K and a high CRI (color rendering index.) Ultimately, this enables medical professionals and industrial inspectors to see more endoscopic detail in any location.
